Position Title: Relocation Consultant Location: Chicago Office (Arlington Heights, IL) Position Status: Non-Exempt Possible Future Status Change: Outside Sales Exempt after learning about our business and obtaining Illinois state Real Estate Salesperson License Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Mondays - Fridays (including 1 hour paid lunch break) / possible work on weekdays before 9 AM or after 5 PM and weekends Salary: 45-50K Job Duties Overview Essential Job Duties The role of relocation consultant involves both providing the relocation service to clients (mostly expats) and sales activities, such as visiting corporate clients. Conducting web consultations with clients prior to their relocation. Assisting clients in finding and viewing properties, including introducing nearby areas. Providing information and settle-in service. Building relationships and negotiating terms with property owners or management companies. Reviewing contract details. Supporting clients during the move-in process. Planning and conducting seminars to find potential clients. Other Job Duties Planning and conducting seminars to find potential clients.
