The Renovation & Repair Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including renovations, general repairs, troubleshooting issues during house calls, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. This role supports residential and small commercial properties and requires strong problem‐solving skills, reliability, and customer‐focused service.
