Mandatory Qualifications:
A minimum of two staff resources must have a minimum of five years of verifiable experience within the last eight years from the solicitation date in designing, coding, building, configuring, and implementing an online appeals portal. Staff resources must be familiar with the following information technologies:

A minimum of one staff resource must have a minimum of two years of verifiable experience within the last eight years from the solicitation date documenting business processes and procedures.
A minimum of one staff resource must have a Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Information Technologies and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
Certification: Certified as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Administrator.
