Job Description

Salary: $110,000 - 165,300 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Ability to write and maintain code, such as Python and SQL; deeper proficiency is an advantage.
• Demonstrated product or project delivery experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using tools such as Jira.
• Experience with Databricks and Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect technical and business audiences.
• Enthusiasm for working directly with end users and exploring ways to use current AI tools effectively.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
• Preferred: Experience deploying solutions through AI Factory or Pygentic.
• Preferred: Experience with Databricks Apps.
• Preferred: Application ownership experience.

• Set the product vision and roadmap for a group of team products, prioritize and refine the backlog, and connect daily work to measurable business outcomes.
• Design, build, test, and maintain data and software solutions for our Walmart Customer Team.
• Convert business needs into technical designs and explain technical trade-offs in business terms.
• Decompose initiatives into epics, stories, and sprints, and contribute actively to our Agile team while managing product scope, dependencies, and timelines.
• Apply DevOps fundamentals and help develop internal tools, documentation, and standards that improve our teams development capabilities.
